Theatre & Spoken Word

Unmissable theatre includes director Chalie Walker-Wise's bespoke production of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing in Ludlow Castle and GAFTA award-winning actress Miriam Margolyes celebrating the bi-centenary of Charles Dickens in her one women show Dickens' Women.

Fabulous Films

Our first ever film programme celebrates Britsh film icons including Alfred Hitchcock, David Lean and Powell & Pressburger with screenings and illustrated talks from authors and broadcasters Matthew Sweet and Mavis Nicholson.

Our Music Programme

From the acclaimed Orchestra of the Swan to The Glenn Miller Orchestra, rising jazz star Liam Dunachie, folk singer Niamh Parsons and the hits of ABBA with Björn Again, this year’s music programme offers popular, classical, jazz, folk and more!

Fringe events for all

Ludlow Festival’s official Fringe programme, Extra, aims to offer a range of arts, entertainments and events to complement the main Festival and keep the whole town buzzing throughout Festival fortnight.
