| The following terms and
conditions apply for Ludlow Festival
tickets : |

Ticket holders should examine
their tickets on issue, for correct date, price, etc., and
be seated at least five minutes before the commencement of
the performance. No refund can be made if the performance is
cancelled due to inclement weather, or other circumstances
beyond the control of Ludlow Festival Society. Tickets cannot
be exchanged for other performances or returned for resale.
A £3 booking fee will be added to each complete order. Please note
that the booking fee is only charged once, regardless
of how many transactions are made providing the purchaser
stays within the website.
Shakespeare Play: Group Discount:
10% off bookings for groups of 20 or more (not available
for Friday or Saturday performances)
Half Price Pensioners’ Discount: Available for Monday
performances only in blue and green seating areas.
Schools Groups (at Wednesday Matinees): One seat free for every 20
booked.
(Please note that these discounts are not
available on-line and can only be claimed by contacting the
Box Office direct). |
